Workshop offers for internal and external interested parties at RPTU

On this page you will find information on various workshops offered by the working group on didactics in technology. The target groups of the workshops differ depending on the thematic focus. Our offer includes workshops for

  • Pupils and trainees
  • Students, especially those studying to become teachers
  • Trainee teachers and subject leaders
  • teachers
  • University staff

The workshops are developed in the various research and teaching projects of the FD-Tech working group. A central aim of subject didactic research is to transfer findings from theory into practice, both in university teaching and in the classroom. This transfer focuses on the one hand on the three phases of teacher training: studies, preparatory service and further education and training. On the other hand, the focus is on trainees in technical professions. In addition, through cooperation with other working groups, the focus is expanded to include university didactic offerings that target academic staff at the university. University employees as a target group. Participation in the courses supports the research projects and knowledge is gained, which in turn is transferred into practice. At the same time, participation in the offers should also lead to added value for the participants. The workshops serve the various target groups in the following ways, among others:

  • Insight into new technologies with practical application possibilities
  • Testing (new) technologies and for teaching
  • Insight into empirical research in technology didactics
  • Impulses on didactic topics and their implementation in everyday work/teaching
