ANM-LFB - an offer and usage model for online and face-to-face training for teachers

Online and face-to-face training for teachers - a model for successful transfer

As part of Pia Schäfer 's dissertation project, Frank Lipowsky's supply and utilization model for teacher training courses was further developed. The influencing factors were restructured with the inclusion of Stefanie Vigerske's transfer model:

  • external factors: relating to the training
  • individual factors: relating to the participating teachers
  • internal factors: relating to the participants' school

In addition, particular attention was paid to the inclusion of influencing factors for online training courses, as these have rarely been explicitly considered in such models to date. Together with Leo van Waveren, the perspectives for evaluating the effectiveness of teacher training were expanded along the didactic triangle so that they now include the participants, the teaching/learning materials and the trainers.

The supply and use model for online and face-to-face teacher training courses (ANM-LFB) was published in the BzL Beiträge zur Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung. Zeitschrift zu Theorie und Praxis der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrerinnen und Lehrern. The publication is available at: https://doi.org/10.36950/bzl.43.1.2025.10392
